Kids, parents, and members of the Friendly Quilters recently got together to make this special quilt for the Philadelphia Jack and Jill auction. The children drew the wonderful pictures; some of our guild members stitched the blocks together. All took part in hand tying knots to keep the three layers of the quilt together. That’s what I call team work! We all had fun and hopefully in the future some of these children will take up the art of quilting.
